Merger of Walter Potthoff GmbH\nwith Plastiflex Group N.V.<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kierspe, 15.12.2022: Walter Potthoff GmbH (\"Walter Potthoff\" or \u201cthe Company\u201d) enters into an agreement with the Belgium-based company, Plastiflex Group NV (\"Plastiflex\", \u201cPlastiflex Group\u201d or \u201cthe Group\u201d). Plastiflex is a world leader in the production of extruded spiral tubing and hose systems for medical and industrial applications. Walter Potthoff is a German injection moulding company based in Kierspe with more than 50 years of experience in the healthcare and industrial markets. The manufacturing facility in Kierspe will become the European healthcare manufacturing hub for the Plastiflex Group and will also be the global centre of excellence for injection moulding.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a result of the partnership with Walter Potthoff, the combined Group will offer a range of injection moulding components, in addition to tubing and hoses, to the healthcare, industrial and appliances markets across the world. It will have eight manufacturing facilities across the world with clean room manufacturing capacity for healthcare customers across North America, Europe and Asia.<\/p>
