Climate change, growing globalization and the scarcity of valuable and finite resources are issues of both today and tomorrow. As a family company, we are committed to sustainability. For us it starts with the right location decision. We believe that products in the\u00a0Medical technology<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Industriebranche<\/a>\u00a0with high quality and delivery reliability are required (and will continue to be required in the future) and therefore we put our support behind the manufacturing locations\u00a0\u201eMade in Germany\u201c<\/strong>The short delivery routes to our German and European customers form efficient supply chains and reduce CO2 emissions. For us, sustainability means prevention and efficiency; we are already pursuing these ideas when\u00a0developing technology, processes and materials<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for new products. In addition, we handle resources such as material and energy carefully. We have been implementing material cycles\u00a0(\u201eCircular Economy\u201c)<\/strong>\u00a0for reuse with our partners for years. To ensure long-term efficiency, we use implementation methods such as PDCA and quality tools such as 8D.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We are not perfect, but we continually improve ourselves in this area. Our commitment is acknowledged by certificates in the area of\u00a0energy management DIN EN ISO 50001<\/strong>\u00a0sowie\u00a0environmental management DIN EN ISO 14001<\/strong>\u00a0. For us, this is an important contribution to our customers, society and the environment<\/div>

In addition to our corporate principles, we voluntarily adhere to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. These include:<\/p>

  1. respect for internationally recognized human rights and their protection within its sphere of influence,<\/li>
  2. the protection of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining,<\/li>
  3. the elimination of forced and child labor, as well as the prevention of discrimination in employment and occupation,<\/li>
  4. the responsible use of environmental resources, the promotion of environmentally friendly technologies, and the precautionary approach to environmental protection,<\/li>
